Electronic Authentication or Signature; Electronic Record

Majestic Service Company may, in its discretion, utilize Electronic Signatures in lieu of written signatures. An Electronic Signature may be comprised of alpha and/or numerical characters. An Electronic Signature affixed to or contained in any Electronic Record shall be sufficient to verify the originating party and to evidence such party's acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such Electronic Record. Neither party shall disclose to any unauthorized person the confidential Electronic Signatures of the other party.

Enforceability of Electronic Signatures and Signed Documents

An Electronic Signature used by Majestic Service Company or any User of this Website shall be considered in connection with any contemplated transaction to be a "writing" or "in writing" and shall be considered as authenticated by an Electronic Signature.
